I’m focusing only on this situation. Power usually comes from the wall outlet. Use a three-prong tester to verify the socket. Replace the RAM stick carefully, ensuring only one is seated properly. Make sure the HDMI link is secure. When everything is off, gently touch the jumper wire for at least a minute. After that, remove the button cell from the motherboard for a short time, then reinsert it. (This means you’re working with just one functional RAM slot, excluding the GPU and CPU fan, and leaving out all storage devices.) Once you’re done, check the connection of the HDMI cable and monitor the CPU temperature via BIOS. If issues persist, try swapping different CPUs or using another motherboard.
