You should turn off the GPU in BIOS when using a dedicated GPU.

You don't have to do that. Have you attempted it before? Are you connecting the display directly to the GPU output rather than the motherboard?

Currently, removing the GPU from the PC is causing the HDMI cable to stay connected to the motherboard, but the screen doesn’t appear. I’m unsure how to restore the display since the computer keeps shutting off.

The cycling pattern alone isn't promising. It seems we've identified a hardware issue, probably with the power supply unit or the motherboard.

As I mentioned, fixing my motherboard is possible by swapping out the M-bios chips. That’s something I’ve done before.

You should probably upgrade the motherboard. Using an older model like a Gigabyte one over two years may not be reliable. It’s better to switch to a newer chipset for better performance and future compatibility.

Your motherboard seems to be having issues with the BIOS reset. Have you replaced its battery with a fresh one?

You should wait a bit after removing the battery before trying to reset it.

Correcting the issue and adjusting your preferences should suffice. Right now, it seems like the system is experiencing problems similar to faulty hardware.
