I was about to begin playing Splinter Cell: Chaos Theory, but then my computer shut down unexpectedly and won't turn back on. What should I do now?
Attempting to power on only a black screen with the CPU light on reveals the presence of a graphics card. If confirmed, remove it and test the stock motherboard HDMI connection. Check for any power fluctuations. Inspect the motherboard for burnt marks. Verify RAM by removing and reinserting it, using spare RAM if available.
Plug in the device onto a wall outlet to ensure power is available.
