I have a collection of older Logitech speakers with a headphone jack. When I connected headphones and turned on my PC, it worked fine. However, when I touched the power button near the jack, I felt shocked and the PC also turned on. Could you explain what might be causing this?

They usually rely on a non-polarized power brick, and likely the computer loses its temporary connection, sending a signal that triggers it to restart.
