Recently updated components and PC still won't power on. BIOS refreshed, CPU re-seated, and M.2 RAM installed. I replaced the motherboard first, suspecting the problem was with the power supply, so I purchased a new one and adjusted all external cables except the Strimer PSU cable.

Start by reseating all cables, ensuring there are no shorts or damage. Think about the potential problem with the new motherboard. Then let out a cry.

After the 14-second clip, the RAM's color display appeared. The system seemed to restart, receiving a surge of power from the PSU. It wasn't clear if it powered off or began booting up immediately.
