I possess 2133mhz memory and configured 2666 on the BIOS, but this is occurring.
I have 2133mhz ram and I chose 2666 on the bios now that it's happening.
It seems you've pushed the DRAM overclock too much for the timing/voltage settings. Did you install 2666mhz DRAM or 2133mhz? If it's DDR4, both speeds will default to 2133mhz in BIOS until you adjust them.
Technically, the 2666mhz RAM is only approved for that overclock by the manufacturer—it's not guaranteed—and 2133mhz is the standard clock speed. Just assuming we're talking about DDR4, not DDR3.
when the pc shuts down, shut off the switch on the psu.
touch metal first, then remove the cmos battery from the mb for 30 seconds and reinsert it.
turn on the psu again.
wait for 30 seconds before pressing power and confirming ram and power settings are reset.

please note this method may vary; check your manual.
remember to avoid removing the battery unless necessary.
Heard some bad news about those jumpers... I'll consider taking out the battery if possible.
