Hi guys, I've had this problem going on for about three weeks. Sometimes my PC takes ten minutes to turn off or back on. I tried a few things before that didn't fix it: turned off Fast Boot, ran SFC and scannow, checked the Windows Health Check which showed no issues, turned off hibernation mode, don't use an antivirus program, and made sure all software drivers are updated. Also my graphics card and motherboard BIOS are up to date. I'm using Windows 11 Pro with this setup: AMD Ryzen 7800X3D, MSI PRO B650-P WIFI, Gskill 32GB RAM, WD 1TB SSD, Black PowerColor RX 7900 XTX OC, and an 850W PSU. Thanks for your help!

Hey @kardinalfm84, is this problem caused by me having an old Intel Core i7 with 8GB RAM and an SSD, yet the computer still takes too long to shut down or restart? It sounds like something's wrong.

It's pretty bare. Out of a 1 GB total, I have 600 GB left over.

I'd say that's okay if this didn't happen before, but it came up just now. Also, Windows says shutting down for a while causes problems in the event logs, so I think something unusual is going on here.
