I've been using this PC for about a year with the current configuration: i9-13900K, RTX 4070 Ti, 64GB RAM, B760 motherboard, and an 850W PSU. Recently, my system has started running slowly—like Opera GX lagging, Windows loading slowly, and apps starting delayed. I’ve heard about problems with this specific setup but didn’t dig deeper since everything seemed fine. Now it feels like the PC is lagging behind. Could you help figure out what might be causing this? I’m open to any suggestions, even if they’re broad.

RMA. If you consider a full replacement as a repair, then yes!

I considered my options carefully. With limited funds, replacing the CPU and motherboard isn't feasible right now. I'm weighing a new i9-13900K versus upgrading to a different generation or switching to AMD. It's also about whether to move entirely to another brand and CPU.
