The PC is experiencing occasional delays while running Premiere Pro, even with simple tasks. After a few seconds of work, the screen may freeze or display a black screen before restarting. The system powers on normally but the video preview appears as black, requiring a full restart for normal operation. Additionally, lag occurs when playing YouTube videos. The issue seems to persist despite CPU cooler replacement and improved temperatures. Could indicate hardware problems?
