It began sporadically every few days, then increased to daily occurrences. Now it frequently shuts down unexpectedly throughout the day. Initially, this happened only during gameplay, but now it occurs even when nothing is running, specifically with the Chrome browser.

I've already swapped out the power supply unit, although the one I had before was still relatively new, bought five months prior. The previous unit was an EVGA Supernova 1000. The replacement I just got is an EVGA GT 1000.

I've also observed that my case fans aren't functioning correctly. The side intake fan has always been inconsistent, often failing to spin properly. Recently, I noticed the front intake fan is also struggling. Could this be contributing to overheating even when I'm not actively browsing? I opened the case completely and am now using a small fan to circulate air over the motherboard.

I'm unsure what's causing the issue. My PC has shut down again while I was writing this.

Here are my specifications:
Gigabyte B650 Gaming X AV V2.
AMD 7800x3d with Thermaltake AIO 240mm cooler.
Nvidia RTX 3080 Ti with latest driver.
Windows 10 with all updates.
GSkill DDR5 memory 2x32gb.
EVGA GT 1000 newest PSU (the old one I bought five months ago was an EVGA Supernova 1000).
Alienware 38" monitor at 1600p.
Coolermaster HAF932 case.

Have you looked at the temperatures? Is there a report in the Windows Event Manager?

Hello! Could you tell me which operating systems are installed on your machine? You can verify this using CPU-z.

Core temp showed Core #0 around 88c-90c. This could indicate an issue—if CPU temperatures are excessive, will the system power down? I'm unsure if a faulty AIO pump caused the elevated core temperature, even though the fans were running.

The F2 bios includes what comes with it by default. I already have the latest bios on a USB stick prepared for flashing, but I haven’t done it yet since I wanted to check everything first.

Absolutely, that's quite intense for idle. If your CPU gets too hot, the system will shut down—there should be a notification in the Windows Event Viewer. It seems your AIO might have an issue.

I've just put in a standard air-cooled heatsink. The CPU temperature is at 44°C when idle. I'm wondering if this was the cause and everything should work fine now *hope it fixes it*
