I removed the whole system and put it in a cardboard box for troubleshooting. It keeps restarting, so maybe the case wasn’t the issue.

Hey there, it looks like we're facing the same issue here. I just tried booting my PC with the basics—power supply, RAM, processor, and keyboard—and switched it to BIOS mode, but the same problem keeps happening. Maybe I should look for a different motherboard. Do you know what to do now? Sorry for the confusing English.
