My computer has been freezing unexpectedly, showing a black screen randomly. First it happened with my main monitor connected through the graphics card via display port, then my second monitor (HDMI) froze too and turned black shortly after. After roughly 15 to 20 seconds both screens returned to normal. Audio played fine—headphones or speakers—while the issue occurred, though the last time it happened the screen beeped loudly. This started about a week ago. I’ve checked the GPU placement in the PCIe slot and even removed and reinserted it to confirm it was properly seated, but the problem persists. I looked at the BIOS to verify everything was reporting correctly, but after plugging it back in I saw strange visual tearing at the top of the screen. I have the specs: B660 Gaming X AX DDR4 Intel core i5-12600KF, RX 6700 XT from Gigabyte, 750W power supply, Windows 10, 32GB RAM. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Start with DDU, then reinstall the graphics drivers. This is usually the initial action when a GPU issues arise.
