Your PC shuts down and restarts abruptly while gaming, but your RGB stays active. You're using a Ryzen 7 7700 with an RX 9070 and a 12M 850W power supply. Stress tests on GPU and CPU show normal temps, and your motherboard VRM readings are okay. All cables seem secure, drivers were reinstalled after replacement. It happens randomly—sometimes it's fine for an hour, other times after a session with friends. You're unsure what to do and need urgent assistance.

I cleared out all settings and restored the system to its original BIOS configuration.

Consider removing the RX 9070 and using gaming only on the integrated graphics. This could help pinpoint if the issue lies with the power supply, GPU, CPU, or motherboard.

It might seem unusual but I successfully played for an hour after changing the BIOS to default. Recently, while playing with friends, the PC kept crashing—only the difference was the BIOS setting. My fans were adjusted to PWM, and Discord was running in the background. I suspect it could be related to the PWM mode in BIOS.
