I was working on a phone, checked my keyboard, and when I pressed nothing I restarted my PC. Then suddenly I couldn’t power it on anymore, and the CPU cooler began flashing.

Would you like me to examine the computer closely? Are there any dark areas near the motherboard? If not, remove the GPU and attempt to power it on. If it still fails, inspect the processor or RAM for issues.
