My PC is posting and I can enter BIOS, everything looks normal, but it won’t load any OS and I can’t even reinstall Windows—it just hangs on the Windows logo. I also tried booting into Ubuntu with a bootable USB, but it keeps showing a blank screen. Can anyone help?

Have you explored various USB ports? It’s possible your USB flash drive uses a standard not compatible with all ports. Ensure the port color matches your drive’s, or consider using an adapter to switch to a supported type such as USB-C.
