Hello everyone, I'm experiencing an issue where my computer frequently shuts down while playing a game. Despite having all new components, I notice it freezes briefly and then powers off. The Windows logs capture the attached files, but I'm unsure if the game is the cause. Although both shutdowns occurred during gameplay, after the first one it's been 24 hours since everything was normal.

The guide from helpdeskgeek.com explains how to examine memory dump files (.dmp) on Windows 10. Begin by accessing the section "How to Analyze Windows Memory Dump Files Using WinDbg." Open the specified file located at c:\windows\minidump\010723-7625-1.dmp. If multiple dumps exist in that directory, review all recent files to identify if a consistent driver or program is responsible for the issue.

intelppm.sys is the software for the Intel processor. Make sure you have all the newest drivers and BIOS from your motherboard maker's site. Go to the motherboards main page and install the latest updates. You can also verify your system files with this command in an admin CMD: sfc /scannow

All system files are current. Verified with Intel DSA. Drivers were refreshed using the Armoury package. A scan detected a corrupt file at C:\Windows\System32\drivers\bthmodem.sys and it was fixed. It's still unclear if this resolved the issue, but the machine has been running for more than 5 hours. I've set it to idle for one hour in the game and so far no crashes occurred. Also checked Windows updates – a program or DTS driver was downloaded.
