I'm having problems with my windows 10 pc. I don't know what I did but for the past 4 or so days Windows OS keeps crashing. I only got the error message once that stated Windows OS crashed over 3 times so the pc will restart. I can still use already opened apps and I can open the task manager via keyboard shortcut but I cannot access the Windows menu to shut down the pc or open other apps. It almost always crashes after I open file explorer. I managed to reinstall windows but the problem persists. My guess is that I have a faulty SSD (Kingston SA400S37240G, 225Gb) but I'm not sure. I do have one more Samsung SSD 1Tb so I could try to install Windows on that drive instead but I don't want to rush if I do not know the actual issue. Any help is greatly appreciated!
