I'm experiencing issues with my B460M DS2H v2 system. After completely shutting it down and turning it back on, the PC turns on and off repeatedly without fully powering down properly. It seems the motherboard is cycling power in a way that causes instability. This happened around the time of FJVID_20220309_105957.mp4.

It seems like a random idea, possibly involving a capacitor in the power supply interrupting the circuit... Could be a weak signal? It might help to check the PSU. Updated March 9, 2022 by An0maly_76 Revised

I purchased the PSU (CORSIER 550W), while I previously owned a 500W PSU.

Sometimes even top products have flaws. Another chance is the main board reacts negatively to a peripheral and stops working to safeguard itself, or it might be failing.
