I believe the main issue is likely with the power supply unit, motherboard, or CPU, not the RAM or GPU. The most probable fix would be replacing the PSU. If you decide to switch your mind, can you return the items in your country?

I considered returning my mobile and the ASUS suggested I cover all shipping costs from my home, which turned out to be quite costly.

I collected every USB device around the house and connected them to my PC to check the PSU. Still no power, I’m not sure. Hopefully it’s a BIOS issue.

The troubleshooting indicators remain inactive despite connected USB peripherals having power.

After turning off the power switch on my PSU, connecting all USB devices and then restoring power, the USB ports automatically come on and receive energy without needing to press the power button.

I discovered a video suggesting you can verify your PSU functionality through a specific procedure.

Don't worry about thinking I can attempt that because he uses mustard cables to decide where to place them, while mine are black.

You can tally the pins; the arrangement stays consistent no matter the color.
