Hey, last night I was streaming Dragon Ball Z on my PC and suddenly it shut down. When I tried to turn it back on, nothing happened. I went to bed and checked it this morning. The power indicator light should be on when the PC is powered on, and I checked the front panel and IO ports—everything worked. So the PSU seems fine. I removed the GPU to see if that would help, but it didn’t make a difference either. I flashed the BIOS yesterday, so maybe that’s the problem. I didn’t see any lights after flashing, which suggests it might not be working properly. My specs are: TUF Gaming B550M-II 5600G, 6700XT, ROG Strix 650W, Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro 16GB SSD, and 1TB M.2 SSD.

Start by turning off the PC. Disconnect it from power and press the power button for 15 seconds. If this doesn’t resolve the issue, remove the CMOS battery and then discharge the PC.

Disconnect all components except the power plug. Attempt to boot it. If unsuccessful, check startup without the GPU. Proceed gradually, testing one RAM module at a time.

I've checked everything, but it's not a PSU problem since connecting devices to the front panel or IO gives power just like with my keyboard and headset.

I believe the problem might still relate to the power supply unit. Do you have any extra CPUs available for replacement? Have you attempted removing one RAM stick at a time to determine if that resolves the issue?

It might still be the power source. Even though it works for small gadgets, that doesn’t rule out an issue. The motherboard or power supply could be the cause.

I also experienced an issue with a dead PSU, though it provided limited power that wasn't sufficient for the main components to start.
