I've tested both of the newest BIOS updates, thinking they might relate to SAM. Now I'm using the F10 BIOS from September 18, 2020, and encountered the same problems on November 11. I'll try AIDA64 and adjust the timing a bit to see if that helps.

Fixed a few USB problems on my friend's board. The PC would connect sometimes. I think that worked. Then I tried adjusting the timing and frequency using AIDA64.

I just noticed something wrong with the memory voltage—it should have been 1.35V, but it was 1.2V. That’s confusing. I’m not sure how to fix it now.

same here, i got a ryan zen 5800x b550 gaming x f11n bios with 32gb ram g.skill tridentz rgb asus rog strix 850w gold+ rtx 3080 gigabyte vision. i never grasped these details until i built the system. changed psu, ram, gpu, reformatted twice, tons of tweaks. after some research and learning, i realized it was the core boost pbo. it wasn't stable even with high settings. my advice: manual overclock at 1.25v and 4.3-4.4 ghz, set llc to high. this keeps crashes from happening (i tried just setting llc high but it still crashed). performance drops a bit for stability, but it won't crash. probably a gigabyte bios issue—we're not alone, keep an eye on updates and hope it gets fixed.

It's happening even though I realized I was missing the mem voltage settings. After switching to 4.4GHz manual, it appears stable.

I never adjusted the memory voltage; I only added an XMP profile. I trust Gigabyte will resolve the BIOS issue quickly. This situation is unacceptable. It forced me to purchase a new PSU without any reason.

Trfc timing may be inaccurate, and this sensitivity is also present with AMD systems. If your memory's XMP profile surpasses 3200MHz (beyond IMC limits), you're likely overclocking that controller. Outcomes differ widely. Various components—IMC, board design, memory modules—also influence overclock performance. For memory configuration tips to ease system hangs, consider these adjustments:

- CPU SoC voltage: 1.08V (adjust memory controller I/O on chip voltage)
- Set memory voltage to 1.360V (add .01 for better voltage droop handling)
