I can't figure out how to upload images because my computer is having issues with power management. I tried turning off power throttling in the registry, but I can't reach the BIOS.

I can't download it right now because the internet isn't reliable there, though I verified the Windows Update section and everything looks current.

Windows updates receive drivers only when provided by Microsoft for approval. Intel generally works fine, but they might need the same signature for newer drivers, which the catalog doesn't include. That's why I provide their service.
