The issue you're describing could be related to how your computer handles input devices or software settings. It might be normal in some cases, but if it affects performance, you may want to check for updates or adjust keyboard settings.

Does this only happens during laggy games? Or is it all the time? I would run the keyboard troubleshooter just see if I find anything screwy going on

It only occurs when the game is running slowly, and I've already tried that before and it shows no issues.

You can check for updates on the device and see if that helps. Usually, latency is mainly due to GPU usage, but sometimes it's normal. You might want to look for unusual behavior. Try searching for the file using most. What are the specifications of the PC? Latency appears to be mostly related to internet drivers, sound drivers, and GPU.

Do you have a new keyboard since the previous discussion? [SOLVED] - Numpad ghosting? Every time I turn on numlock, it starts typing an asterisk across the top of the numpad. The numbers 7, 9 appear in a specific pattern, 4 numbers show 4, 6, 1 number shows 1, and 3 numbers display 0. I've already cleaned the motherboard and restarted my computer; this issue also occurs on other machines. forums. It might be that the keyboard is the cause.
