Hi, Your laptop stops unexpectedly after a while of use. It occurs both when running heavy tasks and during normal operation. After restarting it works fine, but then it powers off abruptly again. You’ve done many things: cleaned the parts, replaced the power supply, updated drivers, refreshed BIOS, installed a fresh Windows version... yet the issue persists. The system temperature stays normal. What else should you try? Your hardware details are: motherboard AS Rock B550 Phantom gaming, GPU 5700XT, CPU Ryzen 5 3600X, PSU Corsair RM850x, RAM 2 x 8GB G.

I can't directly access or check the Windows Reliability Monitor. However, you can run it yourself by opening the Control Panel and selecting "System and Security" or searching for "Windows Reliability Monitor" in the Start menu.

From what I see in the screenshots, there appears to be a hardware or driver problem that led to the issue. The other alerts seem to indicate Windows wasn't shut down correctly (power was cut).
