I also attempted to reinstall the aio pump, but it didn’t work either.

It doesn’t appear in your storage unless it’s related to software. I’m not sure about RAM, it seems unlikely. The temptation is there to run memtest86 just to be sure. It takes a long time though and is automatic. Will this device operate smoothly all night? It might be worth staying asleep.

It cleared memtest tests, yet it still encountered an issue with 00 during boot even after shutdown. It seems unrelated to software or Windows operations. The problem with the PC shutting down without affecting the system didn’t appear in the test, though it might be a one-time occurrence.

The only remaining options seem to be the motherboard or perhaps the case buttons—it's not very likely. You might try disconnecting the I/O cable and briefly touching the power pins to shut down the device.

I've definitely bypassed the pins before manually fixing it, yet the issue persisted. Is it possible a faulty PSU is the cause? It seems unlikely a hardware problem would resolve itself without intervention. Based on others' experiences with 00 codes, it might stem from very specific factors like corrupted RGB firmware or damaged 24-pin cables. What I've noticed is few people face problems with 00 code hangs on a working PC. The closest case I saw involved someone whose system would stop and restart the PSU switch during boot. You could consider replacing the PSU, as you're still eligible on Amazon, unless you have further suggestions?

I'm capable of handling this. A microfabrication process could achieve it. When materials respond to pressure, they expand. If a crack is sufficiently narrow, it may appear open in cold conditions but remain closed when heated. Micro-scale fractures are even less common than ordinary button failures—only observed twice. Low voltage direct current can't travel great distances, yet it still does.

It depends on the root cause. If the issue stems from a faulty PSU, replacing the power supply unit might resolve it. Otherwise, removing the motherboard could be simpler than dealing with the underlying problem.

It’s unclear if updating this thread is necessary. After enduring MSI’s customer support for over a month and half, I received an RMA for the motherboard, which resolved my issue. They provided a refurbished board with a damaged PCIe lock and bent pins, but I repaired it myself and it functioned properly. The process took too long.

They returned you a board with bent pins! What a terrible mistake. It’s really disappointing. You managed to get it working despite that.
