The computer keeps rebooting or the CPU debug indicator stays white.
My computer has been acting strangely lately; it sometimes starts briefly but then shuts down again. Usually, it fails to boot completely and the CPU Fixes light appears on the motherboard. I've done several fixes: reinserted the CPU, inspected bent pins, reapplied thermal paste, sent in a warranty claim for the motherboard, and performed a fresh Windows installation. However, since this was my first build, I don't have any extra parts to test the setup.
