I've already tried a solution before and it helped. I'm not sure what caused the issue, but it seems to be happening again. I tried swapping out my HDMI cable for a DisplayPort connection, but then my keyboard and mouse stopped working. My monitor stuck on a blank screen. After disconnecting both cables, I restarted the PC and it shut down completely. When I tried to turn it back on, it kept showing a blue screen with the error code Irql_not_less_or_equal. It wouldn't restart on its own. Eventually, I restarted the computer and noticed a boot loop. The keyboard and mouse didn<|pad|>, and the monitor wouldn't turn on either. I don’t have a VGA cable, so I’m not recommending buying one. I’m really struggling financially. I had to upload a video but it was limited to 20MB. My system specs are: GTX 960, 16GB DDR3 at 1600MHz, MSI B75MA-P45 I7-3770, 120GB SSD, Toshiba 1TB HDD. Updated May 27, 2024 by Get Sofied (forgot specs).

Your setup feels quite old, maybe something needs fixing... Consider reinstalling Windows.

The issue appears to be hardware-related, not software. Windows isn't involved in the problem. Consider removing a memory module that's furthest from the CPU and restarting the system. If it doesn't resolve, try swapping modules and testing again.

I realize it wasn't the RAM, it was functioning properly the previous day. Until I interacted with the display port and HDMI issues.

From my perspective, the board is hard to see clearly... it's a tiny board wrapped in the card and cooler.

It doesn't have any, it's an extremely old board. Time to upgrade I believe...

Using cash... also, I changed the board from my brother yesterday and it functioned properly. Then the display issues started.

I've attempted that, but it didn't work.
