The PC will power off, but the components are active. It won’t enter sleep mode and needs a full restart via the power button.

I encountered a comparable problem with Windows earlier regarding the Sleep Mode feature. It might offer a solution to your concern. I’ll have to revisit this later.

The fix I found involved turning off a specific feature tied to sleep mode. I checked online, but what I see doesn't match the solution that helped me before. I'll continue searching.
