Your PC appears to have suffered damage during shipping. The motherboard displays a bright light, but pressing the power button in the case doesn’t work—fans aren’t spinning and other components aren’t lighting up. You’ve tried disconnecting the power button and using a screwdriver for contact, but it didn’t resolve the issue. There’s visible damage around the PSU, and the GPU looks bent, which is concerning. I’m not sure if the GPU itself is faulty, but it’s possible the power supply is damaged. Could that be the root cause?

The PSU seems fine, but the impact was powerful enough to remove the cooler from your graphics card. You won't be able to use it until you either repair or swap out your GPU, and who knows what else is involved. Sending a computer with the graphics card inside and no foam on either side wasn't a wise move.

I didn’t consider that before sending the PC away, I never imagined the GPU would break during shipping. Would the computer boot up without the GPU? From what I understand, it should still start even if the GPU is missing or damaged, though it wouldn’t show anything. Also, no error lights are coming up on the motherboard.

The PC will still start up, but you need to remove the GPU first. Its condition is unknown, and it might cause issues during boot or harm other parts.
