I was running my setup with a Ryzen 5 4650 G Pro and an RTX 3060, then upgraded to a Ryzen 7 5700 while leaving the RTX behind. My brother received the old PC but isn’t seeing any output. Someone might have advice on this.

No, the iGPU is not disabled in the BIOS.
