The computer isn't responding, just the fans spinning briefly.
Mostly my computer fails to start properly, sometimes it shows nothing but when I keep the PSU powered on for about ten minutes it spins the fans briefly before shutting off. I’ve tried using a paper clip on the PSU and it works, but there seems to be another issue I can’t identify.
What specifications are there? What is the PSU? How old is this device? Can we reset the CMOS? I think you haven't provided much detail.
