Your PC specifications are: ASRock B650M PG Riptide Ryzen 57600X, ASRock Challenger RX 6700 XT 2x8 Kingston DDR5 6000MHz Corsair CX650F RGB. I was adjusting the BIOS and exited, then encountered an error on the status light pointing to the CPU and RAM. I attempted to jump the jumper pins using a screwdriver for ten seconds, but it didn’t resolve the issue. After reseating the RAM from A2 to A1, B2 to B1, then the CPU and GPU, the problem persisted.

Disconnect the power cord from your PC. Remove the CMOS battery. Allow one minute. Reinsert the battery and connect the PC, then check if it boots. It seems you might have altered the overclock settings, resulting in an unstable performance.

No obvious CMOS battery found, so I connected the jumper directly. I disconnect my PC from the power source each time.

It's unusual to find no CMOS battery. Double-check connecting the right two conductive pins. Did you search for it under the GPU or above the RAM?

I removed all components and didn't see any visible CMOS battery, maybe it's located on the back of the board.

It's quite likely. Removing the board is going to be tough, so I'll look for the CMOS battery location on your circuit.

Refer to sections 35, 49, and 50 for guidance. Ensure you're employing the jumper when shorting the pins. Also, note the BIOS flashback function in B650M PG Riptide_English.pdf.

I didn’t use a jumper because it didn’t help. For the BIOS flashback, I just updated or downgraded it. I’m unsure what version I have.
