Good afternoon, your MSI Z87 MPOWER MAX AC is working fine now that you removed Killer Network. Previously, the motherboard connected easily to the Ethernet cable, but after uninstalling it, recognition stopped. You were expecting some issues, so this made sense. Now that you're attempting to reinstall, the install process is failing because the software claims your hardware isn't compatible.

Check if the device appears in Device Manager. The built-in Windows drivers likely detected it after removing the Killer Network drivers, but if they didn’t auto-reconnect, the installation might be reporting the hardware as missing.
