My computer won't start, I took it to a repair shop thinking the power supply failed. They replaced the PSU and it worked fine for eight hours. When I brought it back home, everything plugged in but still wouldn't turn on. The next visit confirmed it started after another change. I checked all outlets with a voltage meter—they were all 230V. This is the most unusual problem I've ever faced.

Have you tried a different cable from the power source to the wall? It might just be a faulty one.

I've been using the identical cable that came with the power supply. It functioned well in the repair shop as well.
