It usually improves with use, though it might not always. If the sound isn’t noticeable while playing games on headphones, it’s probably fine. This is completely normal and won’t shorten the product’s life. It’s just a minor annoyance—I had to return an MSI RTX 2080 Super because of intense coilwhine and received a replacement with much less noise. The issue can vary; you might find multiple GPUs with different levels of coilwhine.
