Hey there! I assembled this build a few weeks back. When I turned it on, nothing happened—no lights, no fans. I took the motherboard back to MSI and replaced the PSU. They swapped my board, so they probably found an issue. After reassembly, I put in an M.2 drive and it started up. I changed the RAM speed to 3600MHz because it only recognized it at around 2700. The M.2 was from my previous PC’s storage drive. Both BIOS updates and Windows installs didn’t detect the drive. I checked online and thought maybe the slot was PCIe instead of SATA, so I swapped it. I also tried a different SSD with Windows installed and re-seated the CPU, added the 4-pin power connector, and even used a RAM stick with lower speed. Any suggestions? I’m planning to send it to Canada Computers tomorrow to see if they can help.
You're asking about the meaning of "switched the slots." It likely refers to changing the type of SSD in your system. If you need help, sharing details about your setup would be useful.
