The computer is having trouble starting reliably.
Over time, my computer started having problems after a few months. It would freeze and crash while playing games, often restarting itself. It worked for a short time before giving up, which was really annoying during Valorant. Now it just goes black, requiring me to reset the RAM, remove all devices, hold the power button, wait a few seconds, and sometimes it finally powers back on. Occasionally it shows blue error screens, then goes black again after a few minutes. I bought this prebuilt unit thinking it would be a good deal at the time, when graphics cards were very expensive. After a year, the issues have become consistent. Sometimes after a black screen it restarts and brings me to the login screen, but sometimes the AMD software disappears and then crashes again. I’ve completely reset my SSD, but that didn’t help. The reason for bringing it up is that my graphics card seems stuck against the motherboard and can’t be separated. I don’t have any money left and am trying to find a fix just so I can stay calm. This situation has been very stressful because I’m not comfortable with computers. My friends even replaced the CPU, but it didn’t help. My specs are listed here, and I really need assistance—any advice would mean a lot right now. I’m feeling overwhelmed by this stress.
