Hello, I'm facing a frustrating issue with my PC. When I start virtual machines like Android emulators or VMware MacOS, the host machine starts to lag. You can see it right away with distorted audio and video freezes, mouse delays, and RGB lagging. Even though the CPU is around 50% and RAM about 65%, these problems appear clearly. The issue seems worse when the VM window is active. Here are my PC details: OS – Windows 11 Pro; CPU – Intel 13700K; Motherboard – Gigabyte Z790 AORUS ELITE AX; RAM – Corsair Dominator Platinum 32GB DDR5; GPU – AMD Radeon RX 6950 XT; PSU – Corsair HX1000i; Cooler – Corsair H150i; Headphones – Corsair HS80; Mouse – Corsair Ironclaw RGB; Keyboard – Corsair Strafe RGB. I’ve checked the BIOS, drivers, programs, and OS for updates. Notably, this doesn’t happen during gaming or rendering tasks. Could you help identify what might be causing this? Thanks!
