I've been using my computer for some time now, and suddenly its performance has dropped a lot. Before playing CSGO, I was comfortable with around 300-400 fps, but now it barely reaches 100 after about 15 minutes of use. It keeps crashing down to single digits. Others suggested it might be a hard drive failure, but I ran an error check on my OS SSD and found no issues. They also mentioned viruses, though I haven’t encountered any since reformatting my computer with different operating systems multiple times, and the same problem still occurs. This leads me to think the problem could be with the CPU or GPU. Checking the Hardware Monitor shows my CPU clocks are unstable and temperatures are high, but I’m not sure what the normal ranges are. Here’s a link to the monitor: https://gyazo.com/f10d18d6c907c35c03cff676ca7250c8

The CPU is extremely hot. Upgrade your CPU cooler is my suggestion. The recommendation is solid. The CM Hyper 212X Dual Fan shares the same heatsink as the Hyper 212 EVO but features improved fans, resulting in significantly less noise compared to the 212 EVO. Your motherboard supports both a 4-pin and a 3-pin CPU FAN header. You should buy this splitter so both fans can connect to the 4-pin header.

The CM Hyper 212X Dual Fan uses the same heatsink as the Hyper 212 EVO but with better fans, making it much quieter than the 212 EVO. Your motherboard has a 4-pin and a 3-pin CPU FAN header—consider buying this splitter so both fans can connect to the 4-pin header.
