I would use Prime95 for 20 to 30 minutes without XMP, then repeat it with the XMP profile to check for changes in behavior or stability.

I tested it for about 40 minutes without turning on DOCP. Now I'm going to enable it.

No issues detected when DOCP is active. Prime95 tested for 40 minutes without errors or shutdowns.

It seems unlikely an SSD problem would cause blue screens; you wouldn't see the Kernel Power error. Have you upgraded the BIOS on your motherboards? Also, did you install the AMD chipset drivers from AMD's website?

I haven't updated my BIOS yet. I'm running two versions behind. Of course, I have the AMD chipset installed. I've made the necessary changes to the post, please review the updates and let me know if you have any questions.

Updated the BIOS, noticed discussions on AMD forums about a similar problem and that turning it off resolved it (though it seems the fix came with a later BIOS release).

Update your motherboard BIOS, chipset drivers, and AMD graphics drivers. This problem clearly points to one area needing an update. If you haven’t refreshed the BIOS on your old motherboard and the new one hasn’t either, it might be the same issue because they both use the same B550 chipset.

On my previous board, I kept it current. My new board wasn't updated yet. However, I'll follow your example and @EffectFTW's suggestions. I'll let you know what's happening.

It could be the VRM on your motherboard failing.
