I initially assembled this system with fresh components (excluding the GPU and CPU which I borrowed from a friend since they were no longer needed). The specifications included an R5 2400G, ASUS TUF GTX 1650, Gigabyte B450M K Reddragon 700W full modular PSU. After finishing the setup, I powered it up and was surprised to see nothing displayed on the screen. I noticed the restart button would forcefully increase the fan speed if held down—a peculiar behavior I attributed to the CPU. I removed the CPU and found some thermal paste on its pins; after careful cleaning, I reinstalled it. The system booted normally afterward. Recently, however, when starting the PC, I encountered a black screen after the Gigabyte display appeared, followed by the monitor powering down, lights on the keyboard and mouse shutting off, while only the fans remained active. A restart resolved this issue. Recently installing a game forced another restart for settings, but now my screen goes completely black during Windows loading, with the monitor entering sleep mode and both mouse and keyboard turning off—only the fans respond. This happens even after a full restart. Currently, I’m using Hiren’s PE, which runs at low resolution but functions correctly. In standard Windows, it fails entirely. What might be causing this problem?

Successfully entered safe mode, everything functions properly there. But regular startup remains unresolved, possibly needing a fresh installation of Windows.
