My desktop computer occasionally locks up during gameplay and internet use. The display remains static at a single image, accompanied by heightened activity from my processor’s fan. Following approximately 20 seconds, the system recovers and functions without issue. What steps can I take to resolve this problem? Speccy screenshot

I don’t specialize in malware but I am aware of several threats that embed themselves or disguise themselves within svchost.exe. It would be beneficial to run a scan in safe mode utilizing common free tools such as Malwarebytes, Bitdefender, Adaware, and Superantispyware to observe the results.
