I’m curious about whether this configuration is effective. A friend assisted me in assembling it.

There’s no compelling justification for selecting an X570 motherboard for that particular setup. Because you won't be utilizing PCIe 4.0 graphics cards or storage devices, it represents a needless expenditure of $20 to $50 compared to significantly superior B450 options. The MSI X570 MPG Gaming Plus board simply isn't a strong option, and realistically, the MSI X570 series doesn’t perform as well as their B450 counterparts.

How urgently do you require this system? Currently, it’s a poor moment to purchase essential components. Motherboards and power supplies are presently scarce, but the situation should improve as shipping containers arrive and customs clearance progresses during June. If you don't require a build by…

Purchase a DisplayPort cable to unlock the 165Hz refresh rate for your monitor. The construction feels robust. If desired and you have some additional funds, consider investing the extra $80 for a 2060 Super. You might locate a more affordable SSD from the same manufacturer on eBay, offering similar storage capacity at a new price. Aim to acquire 3600MHz RAM – Ryzen performs exceptionally well with quicker memory speeds. Best of luck!

There’s no compelling justification for selecting an X570 motherboard for that particular setup. Since you won't have access to PCIe 4.0 graphics cards or storage devices, it’s essentially a superfluous expenditure—adding twenty to fifty dollars for significantly improved performance with B450 alternatives. The MSI X570 MPG Gaming Plus board is simply not a superior option, and honestly, the MSI X570 boards don’t perform as well as their B450 counterparts.

How urgently do you require this build? The present moment isn't ideal for purchasing essential components. Motherboards and power supplies are currently scarce, though this situation should improve by June as shipping containers arrive and customs clearance progresses, thus restoring retail stock levels. If you don't require a build immediately, postponing would likely be advantageous. However, if you do need it now, I’m happy to assist in refining your hardware choices from the limited selection currently available.

It’s advisable to postpone hardware planning until June to determine what’s presently accessible and its associated costs. This is standard practice because prices fluctuate significantly, both daily and weekly—a trend that’s particularly pronounced given our present market conditions, which are far from ideal.
