Begins a few minutes after power-on to the operating system. I've verified if the issue was coming from the HDD (unplugged fully but the noise persisted) and checked the PSU (no problem there). My GPU fans were stopped yet the sound remained. Could you help identify why this noise is happening? It's quite audible even when wearing a headset. The CPU AIO cooler is working properly. You can find more details here: PC Noise.mka

I can't listen to the audio directly, but I can describe what coil whine typically sounds like and help you identify it if you share more details.

Run the GPU at the same refresh rate as your monitor. Setting an uncapped frame rate can sometimes reduce noise in certain computers, though this isn't guaranteed. It may take about 30 seconds to test.

After more careful inspection of each case fan and GPU fan, I discovered the identical problem. The same Variant card—3070 Ti Aorus Master—is running at full speed. All monitoring tools display 100% RPM for the GPU fan, while the hardware info or control apps show zero RPM.

Gigabyte Aorus was the last confirmation I required to realize there were problems...

It's typical behavior. When your fans reach over 87%, you'll notice coil whine, so I run them at the highest speed possible without that issue.

I've been using it for over a year, and the noise began about two days ago. After reading the last comment on Reddit, I thought it through. I always verify after installing the GPU, but removing it and reinstalling fixed the problem. Now I can manually adjust the fan speed, and the system reports the correct value. The noise disappears when the speed drops below 80%. It starts around 3000 RPM. Thanks to everyone for the support—I’m finally able to silence the GPU whine I wasn’t aware of.
