I own this machine for four years and recently it began having issues. One day after turning it off, late at night it wouldn’t power on again. I tried cleaning the RAM, changing the power supply, but nothing helped. Eventually, it started working on its own two days later. After nine days it stopped again. I looked up common problems and found the PSU was likely the issue. I replaced it, but it still worked after about twenty seconds before turning off. I used it for basic games and Discord for a while, but it’s still unreliable. It’s a mediocre machine—just enough for simple tasks, no big demands.

Possibly MB or CPU are bad. If you have no display does not mean it's not on, maybe a GPU problem. You need to be very specific on what's happening since we're doing this remotely. Also what Power Supply Unit you're using.
