I was refreshing my drivers and suddenly the PC restarted by itself. When I tried to log in again, it began to display a blue screen. I inspected the motherboard and noticed the VGA light was red. Mb: MSI B150 PC, CPU i7 6700, GPU NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2070, RAM Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro 16GB x3200.

Remove your GPU, start up the system, execute DDU to uninstall drivers, then power off and attempt again using the GPU. Disconnect internet until the driver installation completes or old Windows Update drivers are used. EDIT: which PSU is connected?
