Every ten minutes my case fan kicks up really loudly for about two seconds, even when the system isn’t busy. Cleaning it hasn’t helped much. From checking Task Manager, it looks like the spike isn’t tied to higher CPU usage. Any suggestions or steps you could try? Thanks.
