The computer fails to start using Windows when the second monitor is activated.
Hello everyone, I'm really sorry for the English—I'm not a native speaker. My new computer is acting up lately. When I turn it on with more than one monitor active, it freezes after the spinning window circle appears and the numlock won't respond. With just one monitor connected, everything works smoothly and it boots straight into Windows. It's not a big issue, but it's quite bothersome. Do anyone have any suggestions or tips? Here are my hardware details: an i9 13900K ProArt Z790-CREATOR with Corsair Vengeance RGB (4x32GB, 6000MHz, DDR5 RAM), Inno3D RTX 4090 iChill Black (24GB), and DeckLink 8K Pro. The power supply is Dark Power 13 (1000W). I've updated the BIOS and the latest Windows version is installed. Would be great if someone could help me out!
Have you checked for GPU driver updates? It might help, though I’m not sure.
