I recently returned from a brief vacation and now every time I launch my PC it attempts three times before redirecting me to recovery with error code 0xc0000001. I reinstalled Windows on a different drive and cleared both disks, but it boots into safe mode—still functional, though restricted. If you’re willing to assist or have any questions, please forward them. Thank you very much.

Could you provide more details about the issue? I'm trying to understand better.
