When connecting my Seagate Barracuda 1tb to the Dell Optiplex 9020, the system fails to locate the boot drive (My 860 Evo 256gb), prompting me to insert it manually even when the computer is powered on. This causes either a black screen or an immediate BSOD. Other drives function normally, and this particular drive behaves differently on my Dell XPS L702x. I’m trying to understand why this happens and need some guidance.

Consider accessing the BIOS to verify the boot sequence. Additionally, adjust the BIOS configurations to prevent USB drives from acting as bootable media.

It's not a USB stick; it's an internal hard drive.
